I believe you are fully capable to live the life you’ve always imagined, no matter what your dreams and aspirations are!
People who work with me tell me all the time not only how much more energy they have, how amazing their sleep has become, how focused they feel, how they are finally able to lose weight, but also that they are finally learning to love themselves and feel more confident and in tune with their bodies.
I love my work, I’m passionate about what I do and I’m really, really good at it.
“What would it look like if you lived a fully nourished life? It’s not as simple of a question as it initially seems, is it?
... Life radiates from within, and we’ll never find external order without a nourished soul. ...Most people, when they hear the word Shalom, think of peace. (But it’s actually) more than peace. A better word (to describe it) would be wholeness.
It’s what we earnestly desire and what we’re made for.
Shalom speaks of purest joy. It speaks of wholeness and completeness in a place of truth and justice. It is safety and soundness and forgiveness and security. It is God’s perfect order in all things, at all times, and in all places.
Author Cornelius Plantinga beautifully describes shalom as “universal flourishing, wholeness, and delight ---a rich state of affairs in which natural needs are satisfied and natural gifts fruitfully employed, a state of affairs that inspires joyful wonder as it’s Creator and Savior opens doors and welcomes the creatures in whom he delights. Shalom, in other words, is the way things ought to be.””
